The new parts warehouse stocks the nine hundred numbers that account for most of what a car actually needs.
The slowest part of any repair in Palestine is not the labour — it is waiting for a component to arrive. Our new warehouse behind the workshop holds nine hundred part numbers chosen from three years of our own job records: the filters, pads, sensors, belts, pumps and bushings that account for most of what actually fails.
For the brands we carry, that means a routine service is booked in the same week and a common failure is fixed the same day. Every part is genuine or a manufacturer-approved equivalent, barcoded, and quoted to you before a spanner is picked up.
The counter is open to independent workshops as well, at trade prices. We would rather a car in Jenin is repaired properly by someone else than badly by nobody.
Where a genuine part is genuinely unnecessary — a cabin filter on a fifteen-year-old car, say — we will tell you, and offer the value line instead. The point of stock is to keep cars moving, not to sell the most expensive box on the shelf.
