All prices are in shekels (ILS) and subject to change. A car is only reserved once a deposit is confirmed.

An order placed in the online store is an offer to buy, not a concluded sale. It becomes one when we confirm it — after the parts counter has matched each line against your car. If an item turns out not to fit, or the shelf is empty, we call you and the order is amended or cancelled rather than substituted.
Store prices are in shekels, include VAT and match the counter. Payment is cash on delivery or bank deposit; we never ask for card details on this site and store none. A bank-deposit order ships once the transfer clears.
Delivery runs across Palestine in two to four working days and is free over ₪400. Collection orders are ready in Al-Bireh within the hour of confirmation during opening hours. Risk passes to you on handover; title passes when the order is paid in full.
Returns and exchanges for store orders are governed by our refund policy, which sits alongside these terms and forms part of them.
We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Palestinian law.
