Slots are two hours long and capped per ramp, so nobody is told to arrive at eight and wait until three. Drop-off, wait-in-branch and collection are all options at booking.
For scheduled servicing we send the price with the confirmation. For a fault, we send the diagnostic fee and confirm the rest by phone before any work starts.
