Nothing is replaced on suspicion. Every job starts with the manufacturer's own diagnostic interface, a road test on our standard route and a written finding you receive before you approve any work. If a fault cannot be reproduced, we say so rather than guessing at your expense.
Every part fitted appears on your invoice with its number, its price and where it came from. Replaced components are kept for you to collect for fourteen days — a habit that costs us shelf space and settles every argument before it starts.
A routine service is booked to a two-hour window, not a day. If we discover something that changes the estimate, work stops and you get a call — the decision to continue is always yours.
