A dedicated high-voltage bay, insulated tooling and four certified technicians mean battery work now happens in Al-Bireh.
Until this year, a serious fault on an electric car in the West Bank meant a transporter and a long wait. We have spent eighteen months making that unnecessary: a sealed high-voltage bay, insulated tooling, a battery lift table and an isolation procedure signed off by an external assessor.
Four of our technicians completed certification on high-voltage systems, which covers safe isolation, pack diagnostics, module-level repair and thermal management. Two of them trained abroad; the other two came through our own apprentice programme, and that is the ratio we intend to keep.
The bay also changes what we can promise a buyer. Every electric car we sell now leaves with a measured battery health report — usable capacity against the original figure, cell balance, and the fast-charge curve recorded on our own equipment rather than quoted from a brochure.
For owners who did not buy from us, the bay is open too. Diagnostics, coolant service, charge-port repair and pack testing are all bookable, and we will give you the reading whether or not the news is good.
